You should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking to check in and meet your gamemaster. Their job is to brief you on the mission ahead and give you the information you need to navigate the arena safely. Feeling nervous? Listen up, and your gamemaster will soon put you at ease.

Before you step into a new world at Omescape, here are a few key pieces of information to be aware of:
1) Motion sickness
Some people get motion sickness while playing VR games at home. However, our free-roam games eliminate the disconnect between what you see and your body’s motion because you’ll always be on the move, so you’re unlikely to experience motion sickness.
2) Pregnancy
Our games are generally safe to play if you’re pregnant. However, it’s worth contacting your chosen venue location, be it Omescape Aldgate or Omescape Southbank, and asking about the different elements of our games before you play for your peace of mind.
3) Younger players
Vex Play and Hero Zone are suitable for players aged 8+. However, you’ll need to be 11 or older to play our escape rooms. You can find age and content guidance on all of our game pages.
4) Medical conditions
Our Omescape Southbank location is completely wheelchair accessible. Some games come with seizure and vertigo warnings, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you require any more information.
5) Drug and alcohol use
Players that are drunk, under heavy alcohol influence or using drugs will be asked to leave and won’t receive a refund.
